The first three years have been filled with just about every major improvement to the farm. We started by completely gutting the main indoor. Installing a new base and then added all new footing plus brand new LED lighting. A rubber/sand mix was added to the lower indoor after it was regraded. The aisles have been leveled and the main aisle has been lined with rubber mats. Water lines have been put in each inside aisle of the barn plus automatic waterers installed in every pasture. 5 new pastures were fenced and we cleared additional land for more pastures to be fenced in Summer of 2020. Whew that was only 2018!
In 2019/2020 a round pen and lunging pad were added. The second outdoor was professionally regraded plus all new footing. The main outdoor was professionally regraded and 30 tri axels of new footing were added to prepare for our first full show season at the farm. A long neglected roof was completely replaced along the back aisle. Broken boards and walls in between stalls were replaced. All new LED lighting in the self care aisles. We added a new larger pasture for turnout.
2021 - We installed 6 LED Stadium lights for night riding and competitions. Every window across the front of the barn was completely replaced with energy efficient glass and new screens. Brand new skylights were installed in the main indoor giving tons of natural lighting. We will be doing the lower indoor skylights next spring. The electric is also getting a refresh and increased power is now coming into the barn to cover all of our needs and then some.
2022 - The lower indoor received updated electric services, all new led lighting and skylights. Both indoor arenas were regraded level and power washed. The show office and concession room windows were replaced and are ready for the 2023 show season. Newer pastures had automatic waterers installed. A new stone parking pad for cars as well as one for the trailers was put in place as well.
